Just want to know. I got a coupon on the mail form a custom exhaust shop last weekend for a custom built exhause using either muff. I don't have all the details, but the price is 299.99 for cat-back.

I guess my question is would you pay that price to have someone custom build an exhaust, or should I just go with the package cat-back?

If so, Which muffler would you choose. FM/MF.

I have the Flowmaster dual cat back kit (see link in my sig below). There are guys that have the Flowmaster as a dual or single that were custom jobs. I like the deep tone of my exhaust. I chose the kit because it has been engineered/dynoed by Flowmaster for the Titan, but a talented custom exhaust shop can make a nice system for less money. Make sure that any custom job uses mandrel bent pipes and replaces the restrictive factory y-pipe with a less restrictive after market one. You can also forgo the necessity of a y-pipe by going dual pipes into the muffler. Can you give us more specifics as to what exactly you get for $299.99?
