For those of you that are not planning on installing a Ram Tube! Make sure you either zip tie or use a hose clamp over the cap that Volant supplies with their kit. I noticed that the cap actually expanded from the heat and has just about come off. I used a hose clamp to keep this from happening.

I had to do the same. I used black wire ties. It took two joined together to get around it, but it's holding up well.

For you guys with the tube. Do you feel any noticeable difference than just with the Volant??
Thanks

Just for your information, I left the cap off and it seems not to move the "box" around as much as if I have it on. Go figure.

Never ran it without it, so I can't answer the question but if I were to guess, probably not noticeable. But heck, I can't say that I noticed much if any difference with the TBS. My "butt dyno" must be near-sighted.

The problem with leaving it off, you are sucking in hot air from the exhaust manifold... or am I missing something here...
