Viking606 02-02-2007, 03:13 PM I was really taken back by the excellent service and professionalism at Conyers Nissan. After dealing with Ford and Dodge dealers, I was expecting about the same. I was wrong. I still get calls from the dealer about every four weeks, checking on my Titan, that is only after asking about my family.
The service department is great and other than the prices these guys get for Nissan accessories, I'm a happy customer.
This is my first Nissan vehicle, It will not be my last.

I purchased my 2004 Titan there in March 2004 but the name of the dealership was Bill Newton Nissan at the time. Since then they have renamed the location Conyers Nissan and I always wondered about the circumstances involved in the name change.
Conyers Nissan is about 45 miles from me as I live in Marietta. I located the Titan that I wanted at the time throught the NissanUSA website and this was the only location in the metro Atlanta area that had the color and installed items that I wanted. I have never been back to the dealership since I purchased my truck since there are 3-4 Nissan dealerships much closer for service work and the dealership I use, Team Nissan, Marietta, is only about eight miles away.
I've received 2-3 calls from Conyers Nissan sales department in the last six months inquiring about my interest in trading in my Titan. Even though my truck is almost three years old it only has about 11,300 miles and I keep telling the telephone caller they are barking up the wrong tree looking for a sale. With my racking up the miles at the rate of 4,000/year, this truck is going to last me for quite a long time, at least another ten years.
I've wondered about the quality of the service at Conyers Nissan and I'm glad to know the service is great.
Viking606 02-03-2007, 02:56 PM There are so many dealerships in Atlanta, Conyers Nissan is about 5 miles from the house. I visited others as well as other makes when I started shopping for a new truck. When I made the final selection on the Titan it was down to the best customer service while shopping. Not just the price but the total effort from the dealer. Conyers was the best.
tech12volt 02-18-2007, 02:34 PM i agree with you . When i owned a shop in atlanta (Forest Park) i did some tint work for the conyers store and installed some keyless and spoilers . they were always extremely nice and never had the i need yesterday attitude that most dealers i dealt with had. I had also dealt with sutherlin and team i think its called now and the experience was much different.
gtcompscientist 02-21-2007, 11:43 AM Nice to hear that there are some fellow Atlantan's on here with good experiences. I am in Kennesaw, and bought my Altima (I know, not a Titan :() from Town Center Nissan, and they were great!
cccagle30 02-25-2007, 07:00 PM I bought mine here in Rome at Hertiage Nissan. They are good people too. I also get the courtesy phone calls, and super fast service. Not to mention lifetime free oil changes.
