I have posted on this site befoe, but when i come back and click "user CP" there is nothing displayed. Over at TitanTalk.com it will show up in this heading whenever someone posts after you. Is there a setting that got changed? Just trying to make it easier and more user friendly. Any tip appriciated!

Just go to quick links and click on it. Then go down and click subscriptions. That will show every post you have posted in and if someone has posted after you or not.

But I just clicked on User CP and the last 20 threads that I have posted in are in there.

Here is how to subscribe to a thread.

Go to the top right corner of the first post on any page of any thread. Do you see Thread Tools? Click on that and a drop-down will appear. Choose the Subscribe to Thread option.

You have subscribed to a thread.

I think you automatically subscribe when you post in the thread at least 2-3 times?

I was thinking that there was a box to click in the options area that allows you to choose whether you will subscribe automatically to a thread or not. But I just looked and there wasn't. Maybe it is somewhere else.

Yes. Go to User CP, click Edit Options, under Messaging & Notification you can select the mode you wish.
