I am just making a suggestion for the meet. I am bringing a easy up canopy like I bring to all the meets. If any one else has one you might want to bring it just incase of rain.

Mine will be there and an extra table. Anything else we need?

I will have a truck full of stuff like tables, chairs, BBQ pit, canopy, & exhaust systems & food.
