Truck would start but not go into gear,I know about the switch and the relay.I even checked the fuses including the one they said was blown.Did notice that the factory had installed a 20A where a 10A was called for. They towed her in and 1.8 hrs labor and $281 later, she now works. There was a question raised about the rear rack taillight, which of course I had installed with the provided pigtail. They could find no reason for the problem, anyone else had this? I carry some extra fuses now in case, but if this is going to be an ongoing problem I would like to nip it in the bud while I am around town and not out in the boondocks.

So, what was the problem?
How did the fuse blow if it was 10A too big?
Please, Do Tell!

Did they make you pay that amount because of some pigtail you installed????

It was covered under warranty, they could find no problem that would cause this. My wiring was good, there was no scraped or abraided wires anywhere in the system to cause a short or blow the fuse.It is still a mystery,so I thought I might ask to see if anyone else has had the same trouble.
