I just have to say Jason is man worth doing business with.
He answered all my questions through both email, usually same day, sometimes within hours, and on the phone, sometimes for 20 mins at a time, to help me order a specific something I was interested in. The product was NOT his, and when it came in there was a "problem". I do not want to go into specifics.
The product was also non returnable. Jason not only went to bat for me with the manufacturer, got them to agree to take my product back, but also offered to pay out my return shipping, out of country, out of his own pocket.
Thank you Jason for once again going above and beyond for your customers.
