Took my hacked wax job to a local EXPERIENCED detailer and he saved my truck! Looks better than off the showroom floor. Got rid of the swirls with a polish and put a coat of Carnuba wax on.

I believe I will be hand washing and waxing myself from now on!!!!!

good to see it worked out for ya never underestimate a good detailer can work wonders. On the other hand someone who does not know what they are doing can really screw up your truck. That is why i do all the detailing myself.

I hope to become an experienced detailer by doing my own truck. Of course I will bring it back to this guy once a year for a Professional job!!!!!!!

i own and operate a car detailing business and work on very high end cars. in my opinion the only way to become an experienced detailer is to work on numerous different cars. by only working on one car you would become and 'experienced titan detailer' but all cars have different upholstery, different paint, different wheels, and other different issues. just my opinion

You sir are correct! I want to be an experienced "Titan detailer". If I get good at detailing other vehicles my wife will want me to wax her POS Jeep!! LOL
