Most of us want better gas mileage -- if there's a proven way to get it, we'll jump on the bandwagon. I'm not sold on this, but want to see what the consensus is on adding ACETONE to your gas -- the claim is phenomenal MPG improvement.

Very interesting...
I'm not a fan of any additives at all, but wonder if I'm missing the boat on this one.

I remember this being brought up before. I believe all we needed was someone to take the plunge and put it in their Titan. Would you like to be the first? It would be the basis for a great discussion.
Man, I could really use that......I'd just be worried that it might eat through something.

No I'm not going to be the guinea pig --
most of the time I subscribe to the "measure twice / cut once" philosophy (I have slipped on an impulsive occasion though).
I wonder if anyone reading this forum has tried this (adding Acetone), or knows someone who has. Very interesting claim...

Here is the other thread. You might try asking the guys at dodgetrucks.org how it went. :D

After going thru all the redundant gobbledygook B.S. (over @ dodge) it doesn't look good -- looks like snake oil.
