When I first bought my Titan my gas gauge was off. The low fuel light would come on when I had 8-10 gallons left. I took it to the dealer and they pretty much said "yeah... uh... that's too bad, sorry" which was alright, thats what I expected. Everything was okay until my last fill up. I just checked my trip and I've gone 150 miles, all city, and my gauge is frozen at full. It hasn't moved at all. After all my previous fill ups it would read 3/4 after only 50 miles. The gauge has a mind of its own. If this is the only problem my Titan has I can live with it, I was just wondering if this is a common problem.
There have been problems with the sending unit for the fuel gauge. You need to take it to the dealer for warranty service.

Yup. The sending unit in your tank has probably failed...I have replaced a few..I agree, take it to the dealer, they should replace it under warranty. But, please when you bring it in, dont have a full tank..It seems everyone that has a fuel problem thinks they need to fill and over fill the tank for us to work on it..Its very hard to remove a tank thats filled, or remove the fuel module assembly when gas is pouring out of the tank..try for about a 1/2 or less..it will make the techs much happier.
