Thanks to all that came out today. Although it didn't rain or snow, the temps were in the low 40s. However, we still had a half decent turnout for Titans and Z cars.

My special thanks to D1ck Scott Nissan for inviting us. Also, thanks to Tom Norton from Nissan who brought a Red Brawn 2008 Titan loaded with new Nismo accessories!!!! It had 305 Kumhos on Nismo 20's (made by Enkei). Check out the retractable rear step!!!!

We're already planning one for the fall sometime... again in conjunctio w/ the Z car club. You gotta come down for this!!! LOL

There were a few number of Z cars in attendance today... so much so that I am considering getting an 07 350Z Grand Touring!!!!

Nice pics of the custom titan. And to see some candid shots of the 08 next to the older titans was nice. Looks like the 08 has yellow eyeliner on. Not much of a fan with that. The retractable step looks like a new ,"I want that" mod! Was the bed diamondplate? I couldn't tell. And I see their is a satellite antenna on the roof? Reminds me of the on-star antenna on the chubbies.

Did you all race the 08 Nismo Titan?

The rear step will be going into production very shortly and will be available as a Nissan accessory. I think that it'll be available w/ the Big Tow pkg AND as an independant accessory. The 2008 Titan was just a regular SE Crew Cab 4x2 with Nismo wheels, exhaust and intake accessories. The diamond plate tool box is also a Nissan accessory, along with the rear step.

BTW, the Nismo 20" wheels are very similiar to the Enkei RT-6s but with a much narrower lip and without the spoke bolts... very nice looking wheels IMO.

You can get one from AMP Research. I think it's about $180 or so.

I didn't see any flares on the '08. It was a SE CrewCab 4x2, shortbed. I believe the flares come on LE's and the PRO-4x models.
