I was finally able to get a look at my file. I suposedly got an alignment at 6000 miles after I put on my leveling kit. This is what I get for not reading my receipt after the work was done. The servcie writer wrote up my complaint as steering wheel off center. The tech "took off steering wheel & centered it". I was under the impression that they aligned my truck. I was wondering why my front tires were wearing on the outside. so now here I am ordering the camber bolts from jersey parts & going to have to replace my tires & have it aligned. For those of you that dont think you need the camber kit after putting on the leveling kit, just wait about 18000 miles & see what your tires look like. I will post pics of my tires later tonight.
Even though my G/F works there my truck will never grace there doors again.

That sucks man - I'd be ticked...The only reason I say you don't need the cam bolts for a leveling kit is because Greg said the camber won't be off with a leveling kit...I also took my truck to the dealer after my mini-lift to get aligned, and when they were done, they told me that "camber and caster were within specs, but toe-in was off. - Adjusted toe to specs."

Jody man that sucks. I just hate it when they take the short cuts and just expect you to not complain about it. Hopefully you'll get it all worked out in the end.

Any alighnment guy on the planet knows you do not take the steering wheel off to align it.

First off....after doing so your steering box is not centered when going straight....second...well...you just don't do that!!!

I know they are thats why I am going to be taking my truck to a dodge dealer to get the alignment done. I am not going to pay them for some thing I should have gotten for free under warranty.

hey Jody .. i got back from there earlier .. finally did the brake recall .. anyways .. which one was your g/f? i swear the cashiers don't have nametags .. haha .. anyways .. i ended up talkin to a service rep named Ramiro .. he said that "jeff" was no longer with them.. anyways.. got everything taken care of, no problems.. odd thing though .. they got Dodges, Jeeps, and a Ford Exploder in the showroom floor .. i don't get it ..

My G/F was the blond in the back of the cashiers office. She now books & flaggs all the tickets. Glad you got hooked up on the brakes. Ramiro was one of the techs & got pulled into service writing since Roy Mann the servce manager Quit!!!

ahh that's what happened .. man .. lemme know if you or anyone else wants to get together to talk trucks or hit up some beers .. haha .. i admit.. i go there maybe once a month just to look at the other trucks they got there .. like the Titans w/ the 2 tone paint or custom paint jobs n' bigger rims w/ off road packages .. if only i have 40 or 50 grand just layin around..
