OK folks the wife and I will be in Boston in August for a weekend...any recomendations as far as sights and food?

Let me know some of your interests and I can offer some other suggestions but we usually take visitors on a duck tour and an elevator ride to the top of the Prudential Center for a cool view of the city. YOu can also go to the aqaurium, fishing, on a whale watch, tour Fenway, people watch on the Common, Newbury St, Harvard Square, drink Guiness until it comes out your ears with Sully and Murph, forget to use the letter "r" at the end of words where it belongs "cah/pahk,etc", and then substitute it where it doesn't belong "soder/pizzer, etc.

If you like Baseball, check if the Sox are in town. All baseball fans should see a game in Fenway. Tix can be scarce, but can be found throiugh scalpers or a ticket agency.

Great Italian food in the North End, good chinese in Chinatown, fresh seafood in many places.

Duck Tours, Kenmore Square, The New England Aquarium, Whale Watching Tour, Museum of Science, Federal Reserve Bank Tour, Chinatown, Copley, the Prudential building, Quincy Market, Cheers Boston which was the inspiration for the show, Museum of Fine Arts, Sam Adams Brewery, and definately Fenway Park, Especially if your into baseball and the Sox are in town. The atmosphere in and around the ball park in just amazing. And if you like construction, you will see the Big Dig everywhere, lol
