Been having the Brake judder and i went to the service dept and got my oil change and ask about the brake problem. i thought it will take a couple of days but luckily they have the parts in stock and said that they will take care of it. drop the truck off at 8am, and i got a call back at 1130am and the truck is all ready. they changed the front rotors and new pads, rear pads and re-surface the rotors... very impress with them, the truck is like new again.... ask about the 2 deg advance and they said that it'll cost me 90 bucks so i was like no thx...
sorry for the novel,
Roy

Having had the 2* done I would recommend it! Although it is seems like alot of money to spend on something you cannot physically hold/see (like an intake or exhaust), it has done well for alot of people here.
Or you can find someone in your area to do it...
But I am off topic! Glad to here the dealer took care of you!

I have one of the older ones I think...(bought it from rpmoutlet) I really like the intake and the sound, but I do think I may be running on borrowed time with it. I have not had a failure or an code yet on it, but the truck does feel a little less steady sometimes at idle if that makes any sense.
When I hear for sure the new tube is out is when I will call to get the new one to allay my concerns, which are minor.
All in all I like it and would recommend it for others, especially for the price!!

I am in no way trying to tell you what to do, but I have been looking for a dealership around Greenville that will do the 2 degree advance and NOBODY is willing to do it.
The next time I am in the Sumter area, I am going to look these guys up.
Nobody in our area has the equipment to do the advance so dealership is probably our best bet.
Just my .02 worth, but $90 is not bad for what it will do for you.

gtumblin that sucks man. I grew up right outside of Greenville. I don't know of any dealers there that would do it but my brother works at a Honda dealership in the body shop so I'll ask him if he knows of anyone there that would be willing to do it. I'll be down from Maryland in July. We should plan a mini meet for that time frame.
Didn't mean to hijack thread.

Sounds good MD. We might even be able to talk Josh into a mini meet in Greenville.
PM me when you come down.

my dealer want 80, but I told him it only take 15 min, so the min charge was 40, so I did it. Great low end torque difference.

Sounds like a plan. I should be there the weekend before the 4th of July so I'll shoot you a PM to let you know I'm in town.
