Well finally had an issue with my Titan. I was driving home from work the other morning after about 14 hours and on a sallery job, when I noticed this scratching noise. Plastic on plastic. At first I thought my keys in the ignition were making the noise by scratching against the plastic dash. Nope its coming from way up in the middle of the dash. Almost up by the glass. If anyone knows how I can get up in there an tighten things down let me know.

My dash rattle persisted through several attempted fixes. This time I killed it, DEAD.

Pulled out the radio, glove box and instrument cluster. Could finally see rattle coming from a metal clip securing the defroster vent beneath the windshield. Had to get in front of the navigation screen, and stuff the area with foam. Finally!
