Just wondering how often I should clean my framboost filter?

I clean my aem every 10k

AEM/Fram Boost recommend 25K for extreme (off road) and 50K for "normal". I cleaned mine at 30K and it was dirty. So I'm thinking about 25K next time.

For an actual cleaning I would say every 10K, but I take out my volant filter once a Month and clean out any debris or dirt out of it, just to keep it running in top shape.

I havent checked the manual that came with my fram boost, but on their website, it says to check the filter every 3 to 6 months for cleaning, and to not let it go longer than 9 months without cleaning it.

So that would seem like on average, to not let it go longer than 9,000 miles without cleaning. (assuming 12k miles a year)

Are the cleaning specs different for the dry flow and oiled filters?
