I dropped the truck off this morning for the wire harness recall, and to get some things checked and done for the 30,000 mile service. I got a call 3:00 this afternoon from the service writer stating that everything was good... fluids, belts, brakes & 14 point inspection. I also had them flush and fill the coolant, even though it's not due until 60k. They didn't do the wiring harness kit... cuz they didn't have it. I specifically asked them if they had the kit in stock prior to setting the appt. but evidently the ONE kit they had was missing parts, so it's gonna be a 2 trip deal anyway. I have nothing but time.... right!

sounds just like the experiences i've had when dropping off the titan for TSB work.... never done on the first visit.... and this is why I have a list of warranty work lining up, i'm thinking about trying a different dealer soon
