Matt ..... if nothing else have you ever considered on flying into Sarasota? I would be more than willing to pick you both up and put you up for a weekend and we can all drive up to the meet. Just a thought, but I can clearly understand why you would want your trucks there. I felt so out of place at the jersey Meet in a little rental (lol). I truly hope you both can make it !

Good deal ... I'm hoping to get Shailey involved in researching a good mobil Dyno and seeing if he himself can be the designated man behind the wheel at the meet. If we can get a company to committ to that then we are in business.

I've got the two days marked and hope to be there! My company has us going to mandatory classes (went to one this passed weekend) and the next one is sometime in October. Hopefully it won't be on the 13th. I'll definitely be there for the cruise and if anything, I'll be really late for the meet! But I'll be there!

hey transformer i know a shop owner here in tampa that has a dyno they could bring out to old town. i sent you a pm with the details.

I was thinking, and yes that can be dangerous. We just had a huge bikefest here in Leesburg last month and they had a billion venders. Anyway I wonder if we can get a mobile airbrush guy/gal to set up and do engine covers or bibs while we are there.

Is she that of an "anti Titan Meet" person ?? lol JK Jody ... still hope you can make it though. Turn it into a mini weekend vacation. I will say this ... she would LOVE the Old Town Cruise. I have not got any negative feedback on the Friday night Cruise yet. Just ask Knox Titan. It's probably the hi-light of the entire weekend !

You will enjoy it. I gurantee it !! We had close to 62 Titans there at Old Town III (back in March) and I got a ton of them lost after the Cruise on Friday night.

They followed me to the steakhouse which was just across the street, but I took them all for a wild goose chase about 3 miles down the road (in the opposite direction) lol.

I know Amtrak has the AutoTrain. Actually going to look into it for going to Maine next year, I think that would be pretty cool. Less driving as well. Looks like it is only runs between Lorton, Virginia and Sanford, Florida though.

ok i have emailed my friend that has the dyno for the number of pulls so i can get an exact number for you guys. on his website for in house group dynos they do 3 pulls with short cool down in between now for mobil service i dunno but as soon as i get the word back from him i will post it here for you guys. since the guy is a friend of mine we can put the performance man shailey behind the wheel of the truck if we so wish just cant switch drivers with every truck. hope this helps some of you decide to dyno. oh and for you guys in central fla when we get a tuner they do hrly inhouse rental for 85hr and you can tune till your hearts content or they can tune for you for 125 hr.

If I recall there is a steakhouse right across the street from Old Town, but I still had difficulties finding it back in March.

Those HUGE *** BEERS were only like $5 also, just incase you decide to not bring a cooler............ so you will not go broke buying drinks, but you will just get tired walking back and forth! lol

yeah old town is cool with beer and stuff. it would be kinda dumb to tell s we couldnt have a beer when they sell 3' tall beers there lol its a cool spot for the ladies and kids too. every time we go i have to take my wife and kid to the pearl facory so tey can get a new pearl. its a cool shop cause you get to open the oyser and get the pearl out. we have been lucky and gotten gold pearls over 9mm the last 4 times. then you have the human slingshot,the 300' swing,bungee jumping,a lot of fun things for the kids like laser tag and all kinds of other shops and entertainment. if it werent for the shopping opportunities my wife would never go and never let me go. lol

There were some lowered ones...just not slammed. SoBe's is lowered as well as TREXX... that's all I know of that were lowered though.

The Comfort Suites which is in walking distance to Old Town. let me just make a quick commercial break here guys (and gals). To really appreciate this Meet you really need to attend the Friday night cruise, go out to dinner with us all after the cruise and stay in the Hotel we all stay at. Most of the guys like the Cruise as much as the Meet the next day.

Some ????? Lets just say he radically lifted his truck and was sporting 35's. What did he do come OT III ... he came strolling in with 37's (lol).

The man keeps pushin the envelope, and rumor has it (out of his own mouth on a post somewhere here on CT) that he is coming to OT IV with 40's .. The only question is will it be a Titan or not ????.. lol

The best idea on that would be to keep it a generic Old Town Titan Meet banner that can be brought to EVERY Old Town Meet. We could stick it somewhere so all the new guys could find us ... plus it would even bring in some foot traffic as well. great idea man.

man im only 30 min down I4 from old town but you guys have me thinking of getting a motel room for fri night just to see the idiocy lol! man is it october yet? even tho im turning 30 in oct i cant wait for it to get here. this kinda reminds me of the weekend cruises with the z it never gets old even if you do it every weekend. altho we usually ended up running some of the bridges @150+ mph. dunno how that starts but usually someone would go flying by the group and then all hell breaks loose lol. my wife says its because we are "men" and have to proove our stupidity on a regular basis. lol

"judging" ..... I probably shouldnt do this ... but here goes:
The Old Town IV Judges consist of:

1. Bodean (Jeff) * Head Judge .. never has missed an OT Meet.
2. Badbowtie (Ernie) * Head Judge if Jeff drinks Too Much & cant think
3. Kronos1965 (Mike) Representing the great state of NC.
4. DeepH2O-2005 (Jason) aka the official OT Photographer, local resident
5. Hopeful (Jason) Representing the great state of SC.
6. KnoxTitan (Nathan) Representing a football team that ...... forget it.
7. A Texan or a GA person, whoever will commit early on to attend OT IV.

They will judge independantly, and if there is a tie they will then judge the tie as a group and compare notes or "why" they think one truck deserves the trophy over another.

Jeff will be holding a judges meeting at the lemonade stand at 11 am (lol). Lemonade Jeff !!!! You can hoist a few after the judging .. lol
Some guys arrive late so i think by 11 am everyone will be there.
