It's the classic car show @ Spring Cypress & Champions Forest.

They call it a cruise. Our Titan's will have to park outside the roped off area...I believe its only for vehicles 1980 and older. We could still get some spots together if we get there early enough. I think it starts around 7:00.

They have some really nice classics out there.

Ok, sounds good... I'll let you know tomorow if I'm going or not; I don't have any plans as of yet.

We are leaving for Disney World and THE WORLDS MOST BEUTIFULL BEACHES Panama City for 2 weeks the following weekend. Plus we were expecting my son to make All-Stars in Baseball...and figured we would be busy with games....but the politcal BS in his league showed its ugly head AGAIN..and he didn't make it...hmm 2nd in Onbase percentage and 3rd in Batting Avg. for the team Starting 3rd Base (he has that position all to him self) and the SLOWEST kid on the team that never shows for practice, never hussles made it. Even the kids dad (coach) was shocked he made it.... But hey what ya gonna do... He says he's just going to work harder.

How long does this usually last for?

One night we need all get there early so we can all park close together. Last saturday I had to park about 5 rows from the first row of Classics.

There was one guy that rolled thru the parking lot in a C6 with a HUGE Cam and serious exhuast work... the thing was slammed too...it sounded so BAD A$$ when it rolled by us...you could feel it in your chest... And then he left the parking lot and out on to the street!! Pure Music...

what really is this, is it just a huge meet of older vehicles (classics)? i'd go, b/c that's where my old stomping grounds was in high school (went to klein).... we'd always drive up and down 1960 trying to pick up girls, i look back at that now, and realize how dumb that was; that's just part of being a teen though! we use to hang out where the big DSW is on 1960 (it was something else back then).... i'd be interested in going, but, i don't want to show up by myself b/c i know my wife won't go... steve, let us know about next saturday (maybe us titan guys can meet somewhere before the meet), then head up there. just a thought.....

Its a classic car meet where people with cars that are sub 1985 can park inside the cones but a lot of other cars come and park outside of them. I go pretty much every saturday. We all do need to meet up somewhere next saturday though.

Yeah, I heard that too. I sold my step rails to a lady this week and after talking to her for awhile I learned that she has a 68' Mustang that she shows at the cruise every weekend. She said that she actually got interested in the Titan that she bought because of seeing some of our trucks at the cruise one weekend, which I thought was really cool. If weather is nice, me and the family might cruise through and hollar at you.

Well then head on over to the corner of Spring Cypress Rd and Champions Forest Dr... behind the Wendy's. If you go, and want to park with the other Titan's...then get there early...and head to the back of the lot inbetween the Kroger and the rest of the strip center (there's a gap in the building). Remember ONLY vehicles 83' and OLDER can park in the show.

The carshow is every Saturday, and one if not all of us are there every saturday.... Just check this thread on Friday and Saturday mornings.

Located at in the Kroger parking lot at Spring Cypress and Champions Forest drive. Across from Glenloch Farms. A few weekends ago they had over 500 cars there!.... Now for those that don't know. The only vehicles allowed to park INSIDE the coned off area are PRE-1979. However those of us Titan fella's try to all park together near the back of the lot. IF you want to park with other T's....then it would be wise to get there around 5:00 or 5:30. We park infront of a grass lot that sits inbetween the Kroger building and the strip center building. Depending on how many WILL SHOW up... We may have to park on one of the other rows to get enough spots.

Uh I guess it is "IN Champions Forest".. If your comming up via the Beltway, exit 249 towards Tomball, then exit Spring Cypress Rd and take a right. Follow that to Champions Forest Dr, and go THRU the light at Champions Forest and turn RIGHT after the Kroger Gas Station (100 feet past the intersection).
