Does anyone else notice a sighing sound every five to eight seconds when the aircon is on? It just got warm here yesterday & today and I turned it on to be reminded of that sound from last summer...
It seems to originate behind the glovebox area.
Obviously it is an vacuum leak or the operation of a vac-operated device.
Ideas?

There is a TSB on this. You can take it to the dealer and show them that you think it is too loud. Mine does it, but it doesn't annoy me so it probably isn't as loud as yalls.

I know! A bumpersticker "Darth is my Co-pilot"
At least I'm not alone in this.
And no longer a "lurker"! Yay!

Mine to, Christine was driving it home from school one day and it made the " DARTH " sound, It scared the crap out of her. She thought she had broken it by changing the selector to fast. :roflmao:
My heater control cams make a growling noise after two min. after shutdown. That one got her to. She acually let out a little scream. NOW THAT WAS FUNNY !!!!!!
