Every now and then I'll be in the middle of reading a thread and I'll click a link or go to the next thread and the "Internet Explorer Cannot Display The Web Page" message shows up. Then I try to go back or open up a new window for CT and the same thing happens. I'll got to another web page and be fine. It usually only lasts for a few minutes but it's a little annoying.

Anyone else have this problem?

Try Fire Fox or another browser, never had a problems here but than I don't use IE.:D

..but I know what it is. Mine is the Phishing Filter installed on my browser. So much crap comes with some things that it takes a few seconds to filter. Worth every second of it. But if you keep going instead of waiting, you get what you said.

I use firefox and that has happened to me a few times. I usually blame it on my wireless adapter it decides when it wants to work on it's own.

Mine has done it like 3 times in the past week or so also. Which it never did before. Gives me the same error message.

Mine went nuts a minute ago.

It only occurs on this site for me. If I'm not mistaken, it started this week.

Using Wireless or having the Anti-Phishing Filter enabled can cause that but so many other things can too.

Seriously though, you might consider scanning your machine for Spyware using the latest Defs in AdAware just in case you got that junk on there.

Also, the entire Internet has been slowed a little bit over the last week or so due to new Viruses and Spam being released.

I also noticed problems Monday and Tuesday. Seems fine now. I am know it was the phishing filter.

I PM'd BiXLL about this. He said he is having the same problem and will look in to it. This glitch has caused me and other members to have multiple post/threads to be entered. I hope they find and fix this glitch.

Well I know what it is. It did this just now to me. I know what it is now.
Too many connections to the database at that second. There were like 300 connections to database and it causes some of the people to not get the page for a minute or so.

I've started to get the "New Post" feature not working. I have to use "Today's Post" instead. The "other" site works OK, same software if I understand correctly.
