I wouldn't be surprised with the quality of people running that web site. That is why I spend most of my time on Club Titan...Good People, Good Topics filled with Good Information!

I just posted to see if there was any interest in an all Titan day at SpeedWorld Dragway on both sites. It would be non-club specific so we'll see if it stays up. Can't we all just get along? We do drive the same truck after all.

I heard TT deletes information they feel might contribute to other sites stealing their members.

I can understand them deleting Mario's thread, but when others have started one??? Regardless, it's just a bunch of Titan owners wanting to get together. The Mods there are definently not helping out with the "Can't everyone just get along" factor. It seems that if it's not "TT" it's nothing at all.....

Just for the record, I do lurk there but consider CT to be my home. I wonder how long it's gonna take them to ban any and all members that are registered with other Titan sites as well. The probably feel cheated on.......

You win the Scooby Snack Awards. TT and Mario have had thier problems and because he started the Socal Meet is why it will not be posted on TT. I posted the original thread and wondered why it was deleted and a MOD at TT let me know why. I asked all of the same questions you guys have but plain and simple the problem still leads to one person. Even though I personally do not know him the problem was to big for them to over see the rest of our needs to get the word out for a Socal meet which is going on right now while I sit here at work watching MI-III lurking on all the TITAN sites. For all of you going take lots of pictures so I don't miss anything and not just of Titans you are at a beach.

I am not knocking him and sorry mario if it came off that way. I was trying to stay out of this thread but I couldn't. The TT mod and myself went round and round over this subject and I thought it was rather ridiculous to delete all of the info for the Titan folks.

I bought a chrome Tailgate piece from Burtmans and then found out about CT ... and have NEVER left. It's one big family here !! The Admins and Mods have done a superb job as well. I'm not cutting down TT, just sold on the job I have witnessed 1st hand here at CT I suppose (lol). Just my .02 .. please don't read anything into it.

Hey .. alot of good came out of that banning ... just ask Peggy !! Plus I also get to see my Blue Fox Coils everytime that Crazy Steve makes a post. That was a wild night. One I will never forget soon.

And for those bashing TT, you should know the owner of this site went to the owner of TT for help starting this one. I think bashing the other site like some of you have done is low class.

Let me add that I have been on TT for over 2 years and there is a TON of useful info on that site just like this one. People have there prefernce of what they call home. Some choose to be on one more than the other, others post like crazy on both.

Too much drama for me over on TT this time, lots of time posting over there but I have also done some reading over here. I felt the forums were almost identical so why switch? But now I'm starting to see some real differences. Whats done is done, it's just internet anyways.

We have posted many times that it is not the policy of CT to bash other forums. Every site owner has the right to run his site the way he wants.
We shouldn't be posting here telling other forums how to operate their site, and we don't need people from other sites telling us how to run ours.
People usually post mostly where they feel more at home; that's the way it should be.
If you go to another forum and make a post that is not in line with their policy don't complain here about it.
Of course, the same applies to people coming here from other forums. You are welcome, but keep your "home" forum business there, we don't want it here.

And it's cool to have other truck guys there cept for one Titan turned Tundra owner. There are a good # of hemi guys there that dont bash just like to see what we are doing to our trucks

I first stumbled upon TT a looong time ago, before I even bought my truck back in Dec. 04. I joined there and wasn't aware of this site. I only discovered it recently because of someone over "there" posting a link to "here" and had to do the www.****** thing

I came over, checked this place out and liked it. As someone stated, pretty much the same info on both sites. I usually post the same thing both places, and sometimes on t*t*nspot.com too

I don't know the backround either, but I don't see why there is such animosity between whoever's running things.

I'm just glad to have several places to come, ask and answer questions, become informed and talk about our trucks. That's really what it boils down to right? Sometimes we have differing opinions, but how much fun would it be if everyone thought the same.
