Read this for a little help with the wiring.
First of all, wiring the front A/F ratio sensors should be done with the sensors OUT of the truck.
For the drivers side, locate the a/f ratio sensor harness at the top of the motor toward the back just behind the last coil pack (see pic 1). Squeeze the little wing clip (small red arrows) where it is attached to the bracket and push the wing clips through. Then hold the harness and rotate the lock mechanism up to release it from the harness and then pull it out. Now feed the wire down to the bottom so it is hanging on the ground. Now (with the fender skirt removed) remove the sensor from the exhaust manifold from the side through the wheel well with a 7/8" wrench.
For passenger side look at pic 2 and follow instructions above. Then (with fender skirt removed) remove the sensor. On both of them be CAREFUL not to drop it. This is why I suggest removing the top harness first and feeding the harness end to the ground.
Now locate the mid point of the wires and cut them. Remove the wire sleeves and solder in the new wires. If you are color blind like I am, make certain and put a piece of tape on each wire BEFORE you cut them so you can match them up properly. It was actually fun messing with got_titan when I did his headers once he found out I was color blind. LOL
Now solder them together making certain all connections are good and then get happy with the electrical tape, taping them back up.
For the rear O2 sensors.
The 3rd pic is the drivers side, I took the pic from the rear looking up toward the front. It is directly to the left of the transmission. The 4th one is from the same angle but the passenger side and directly to the right of it.
If you are adding the O2 emulator
Carefully cut the sleeve in the middle around the wires where the arrows are pointing and then pull the sleeves back leaving about 1.5" of wire exposed. You should see 4 wires. Then cut the wires in the middle. Now trim back the rubber to expose the wires. Then simply use the supplied connectors to attach the O2 emulator wires as the directions in your Stillen instructions indicate. I do not suggest soldering the O2 wires. Solder can change the resistance and cause the amperage to change due to the difference in material these wires are made of and you can possibly throw codes. Some people may have soldered the rear O2 sensor wires without problems and that is fine, I am just telling you what MAY happen.
If adding cats to the midpipes
The above steps are NOT needed. To lengthen them use the same care as with the AF ratio sensors and cut where the arrows are pointing. Use 20 or 22 guage wire and splice them in with the connectors. Check them frequently.
