Well by now eveyone here should know im having slight idle probs where the idle is about 600rpm and frequently drops down to about 450 and then jumpes right back..more annoying than anything nothing really bad..anyway weve tried the resetting the ecu, resetting the throttle, resettingthe airlearning and noting helped ( all good info by the way)

I was looking through system and dont have any leaks as far as i can tell but noticed that the intake tube itself is laying on top of the fan shrouding and thus is on a slight decline going towards the throttle body...I would think that the rubber hose wuold be tight enough to prevent air from escaping however I am open to suggestions here.. Thanks

I don't think that the intake tube contacting the fan shroud is causing the problem, but it might be an indication of the problem. It should not be laying on the shroud. I would suspect a poor fit/connection at the throttle body. The rubber boot should hold the tube securely so the tube does not touch the fan shroud.
