Hello All,

We are once again proud to present the Volant exhaust special. Right around the turn of the year our hottest item was Volant exhaust for the 04-07 Nissan Titan. However, Volant soon after raised pricing on this setup and the unit's sales slowed.

This is over $315 off our reg. price on this exhaust. Quantities are extremely limited, so for those who are serious about an exhaust, you can't let this deal pass you by.

Product Specifics:

T-304 Stainless Steel Design (best S.S. in the industry)

Completely Polished Exhaust System (not just the tip)
Solid 10+HP Gains
No Drone (interior resonance)
Deep Authoritative Rumble @ WOT (wide open throttle)
Best Value on Exhaust for the Titan (2nd isn't even close)

Purchase Details

Pricing now for CT.org Members: $380.00+S/H

Hey, if you are looking for an exhaust that has no drone and has a good sound but not overly loud then this is the exhaust for you. It has a nice deep sound that wont drive you crazy in the cab. My S&B intake noise is much louder than my Volant Exhaust. I highly recommend it.

This exhaust is great. It is one of the best, if not the best, exhaust for the Titan.

Here is a full write-up with pictures and videos of the exhaust on my Titan.

My advice to you guys is to go to the auto parts store and get some better exhaust clamps. The ones that come with it leave alot to be desired. The U-bolt type exhaust clamps are by far easier and better to use

I 2nd this, after a ciouple of weeks, I noticed the exhaust had started slipping and squeeking. Had a local muffler shop spot weld the connections and no more squeeks.

No, it will not affect the warranty.

lol....you guys are funny...But seriously, if you put the bend of the clamp to face the ground and the nut towards the top this will minimize exhaust leak. Otherwise very easy to install. All of the factory hangers are reused.

As far as shipping goes, these have been shipping same or next business day.

We're down to nearly single digits on this exhaust, so if you want it now's the time to get off the fence, cuz once they're gone, so is this price.

Talk to you soon,

Exactly, when I had the Volant on my truck this is exactly what I did...When I first installed, I had it installed with the nut towards the bottom...and it would leak slightly and I'd see soot at the connection points. I did some research and found it's better to install them the way John described. I wiped it off, then flipped them so the nut was above the pipes...never once had a leak after that.

I recieved mine the other day and I installed it yesterday. It was easy to install.Love the sound of it! Turns heads when you get on it. Even though the Y pipe is 3" dia.I experienced no loss of low end torque. In the upper rpms, 3k and up I feel a big difference in power!Has a nice rumble at idle. At WOT it will put a smile on your face! And the drone is about the same as stock. Oh and thank you John for your great service! I've been asked this question a couple of times now and I want to put the info. out there so everyone knows. You're going to end up with an extra front pipe. Volant does this so that those who want to (nobody ever does) use their stock y-pipe have a front pipe that will fit. So when you're installing your exhaust and you've got an extra pipe, don't PANIC. You're supposed to have an extra pipe. :)

We wish everyone at CT.org and their families a wonderful and safe holiday weekend.

I just installed mine. You need 3 big clamps.1 for the middle of the Y pipe,
1 connecting Y pipe to muffler and 1 connecting tail pipe to muffler. The small clamp is for the mid pipe. But you dont need them if your using the volant Y pipe. The mid pipe is for if your going to use the stock Y pipe. The square metal thing is to relocate the Y pipe hanger. It moves it back a little. If you need picks of how that plate is installed PM me and I will see if I can take a pic for you.Or if you have any other questions.Install was easy it took me like 1hr.Just remember do not tighten any of the bolts or clamps down until you get everything on.It will make your life easier. Also remove the rear hanger and slide it on your tail pipe. It will make positioning and putting it in the muffler a whole lot easier. If I had done these thing I would have finished in probably 1/2 hr. Good luck hope this helps.

Yes, this will work on your 07. You just remove everything from the resonators (on 4x2) or cats (on 4x4), which will be replaced by the Volant y-pipe, muffler, tailpipe, and tip.

Also, look for the Volant GB this week as well.
