Hope everyone went out and voted today. Can't wait to see what happens after the months of hype. Personally I hope that no matter who wins, after the election is over this country shows the world its united again.

Polls opened here at 7am, I showed up at 7:15am and it took me an hour! Here in California we have 16 State propositions to vote on in addition to all the offices from President down to local water board members. I had my sample ballot filled out ahead of time and finished quickly but most people were standing in the booths for 10 to 20 minutes reading all the proposition and candidate statements. There were 10 people ahead of me that ran out of time and had to leave the line before being able to vote. It just pains me to see that. So if possible, have your decisions made before you arrive at the polls to speed things up for everyone. And definitely plan for more time then in previous elections. Lots of people showing up to vote so far!
