I am looking for the electrical wiring diagram for the electric brake circuit. I can't seem to find the electric brake connection under the dash. There is a empty connector under the dash but the harness I got from Nissan for the electric brake does not match up to that connector. The harness has a single row 5 position connector and the one under the dash is a dual row larger connector with smaller pins which would not take the higher current load. The electric brake harness has larger pins for higher current. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I will respone early next week. Have a safe holiday weekend.
Thanks

I think the connector you found is for the OBD. It is on the bottem edge of the dash to the right of the steering column. The brake controller harness/connector is usually taped to another wiring harness on the left side of the steering column. It is much easier to find if you remove the bottom dash cover. There are two phillips screws, one on each side at the bottom of the cover. Remove these two screws and the cover snaps out at the top. Pull straight back on it to remove. The connector usually has a tag on it identifying it as the brake connector.

The one I found was right under the steering col with no identifier on it, taped to itself. I will check around again concentrating on the area to the left of the steering col. Thanks for the Info.

sorry for the size and vertical issue. Haven't quite figured out this file converter program yet. Also it's just a demo

Look at this pic pappy and see if it helps. Also depending on the model you have it has been determined that all Titans are NOT pre-wired as advertised. From what I've read it appears the XE's are not. Let us know what you find out....

Please go to my photo files 'Titan" on WebShots to see two photos of the brake harness and connector.
Hope this helps:

Hey JT I thought we had this discussion before and determined that it was the XE Kingcabs that might not have the connector.
As you know, I have a XE Crewcab (without the BT package) and I have the connector.

Thanks to all for the Input, diagrams and electrical doc. I will be looking at it again sometime this week and will get back to the group on what I find. I can tell by the drawing the connector I was looking at was for the XM sat radio. It looks like I will have to remove the fromt panel to get to the brake connector.
I have A 2005 LE CC with BT.
Thanks PAPPY

I found it guys, it was right were the diagram showed it would be. I think my view was blocked by the relays in that area or maybe I just stuck my head in the right spot this time. I did not have to remove the panel to getto it and was able to pull the connector down some. Now all I hope is that I wired the controller correctly!!!!!
Thanks for everyones help!
