I just a had a very pleasing experience with Crown Nissan in Greensboro. I bought a used 04 LE that had 51K miles. I took it in due to leaking seal on the front diff and an exhaust leak on the passenger side.
I met with Dean Hicks (one of the service managers). He took care of all of the problems noted and then some. They replaced a cracked passenger side exhaust manifold/cat, replaced the seal on the front diff, and took care of two different recalls during the course of one afternoon. I didn't pay a single dime - all warranty. The cool thing was - I didn't have to argue any details - AND - they checked out all of my fluids (including tranny, transfer case, engine oil, & both differentials) for level and to make sure nothing needed changing.
It was rather refreshing to be taken care of, without any pushy sales speeches - he didn't try to push any extra services on me. I simply dropped of my truck just before lunch, and everything was done by 5:30pm. Great service. Just thought I'd give 'em an "atta boy" for it.
