While installing my OEM Sirius this weekend, I decided to take the measurement described and pictured in TSB 04104a "Pedal Height Adjustment". Based on the TSB photo, I decided an adjustable carpenter's square would work just as well as special tool J-46532. It did.
I raised the pedal to 190 mm. The adjustment is described in the Service Manual, sect. BR. It was set at 178 when I started.
This adjustment significantly improved (hardened) the pedal feel. The 12 mm height increase is of no consequence when moving my foot from the gas to the brake.
It took me about an hour, but now that I know what I'm doing, I'm sure I can do the adjustment on my son's Titan in half the time.
All that's needed is a 14 mm open end wrench for the input shaft lock nut and a square with metric markings (mine's a Craftsman). The Cruise and Brake Light switches don't require any tools at all.
It's a huge improvement that's almost free.
BTW the Sirius is fantastic!

Thanks Jet. I'm usually over at TT - have been for a long time, but don't post very often. Unless it's something useful like TSB 04104a.
Unfortunately I did my son's SE KC this evening (30 minutes). No photos. I'm sorry. The "a" version of the TSB (the one posted at nissanhelp.com) has an excellent color photo showing how to measure. Sect. BR of the service manual has decent drawings and a description explaining the adjustment.
One of these days I need to take my "Jet Tech Springs" off and clean up the rust on 'em. Thanks for that one!
