After reading the post from llajumpvid earlier today, I got to thinking about re-routing the line I have plugged into my Aux. input for my mp3 player/laptop/dvd player (soon to come). I wasn't too keen on the idea of dismantling the dash, or gear shift cover, or console, or anything for that matter, so I thought I'd just try something, not really thinking it would work, but I was surprised (pleasantly). The pictures are fairly self-explanatory, but basically a just tucked the wire under the edge of the gear shift cover and just kept tucking as I made my way around the side and toward the center console. As the wire exits the edge closest to the center console, it runs directly into the groove where the lock is on the center console. Even with the wiring laying in this groove the console opens and closes with little to no difference than usual. It may not be the most professional wiring ever attempted, but it was well worth the money and time ($0, 10 min.) I spent on it.

thats very good if you arent to good or not wanting to take apart your dah and consol then that is a pretty good idea.
