i just did a drain and fill of my tranny fluid and i think i might have over filled it. when warm the fluid level is almost at the writing "HOT" above all the cross hatching. is that the hot reading? or is the hot reading suposed to be at the second little mark on the end of the ditstick?? need help i dont want to drive it until i figure this out. thanks

Here's a chart to help you. Remember to read with the bolt tab opposite of where it usually is.

Transmissions are often misread when cold. If it's overfull I would drain that back out. MAke sure you on level ground.
