I took my Titan in for replacement of the Front Bumper and to do some other "touch up" to the front end.

I dropped off the Titan on Monday the 10th at 7:45am. I was told it would take 3-4 days. On wednesday the 12th I get a phone call in the morning saying they ordered the wrong Bumper and new one should be there in the morning of the 13th. (ok i'm fine with this)

Thrusday the 13th get call in the morning.. AGAIN ordered the wrong bumper.. He says the right one should be in Friday morning and I will have my truck by the afternoon...

Friday the 14th get call at NOON... Once AGAIN its the WRONG bumper..
The man tells me that the right one will not be here till Wednesday the 19th. I ask for a Truck to drive untill i get my titan back.. HE SAID NO... so then i say well what are you going to do for me then.. He SAID NOTHING...

So here i am driving this ford focus and he asked me to turn back in for a PT cruiser.. I don't care but both of these cars will not hold my ICE FISHING stuff for the WEEKEND I had planned with family and friends out on the ice...

By the way i have this guys card and they say he's the Assistant Manager of this Billions Collision Center here in South Dakota...

Just a little pissed with the run around.. Plus how many different BUMPERS does it take to get the RIGHT one...

Talk to the GM on the dealership, and tell him you were needing your truck to go ice fishing, and I'm sure if he has any compassion, he will get you a Titan off the lot to use.

I have to agree with the ^^^^. talk to the GM.

I'd go down and pick it up, take it fishing, then take it somewhere else next week. I'd stick them to keep that bumper with no truck to put it on and worry about talking to the GM later. Just my $.02.
