Ok i will post info about the meet once we can agree on a time and what the itinerary is. Now I assume we are going to meet in CF's parking lot? ive never been to CF, someone suggested it so i just stuck with it when planning this.


here is what i was thinking:
meet like at 11-noon, maybe start to grill and tail gate afterwards....look at everyones truck, chit chat and hang out. drink beer and whatnot.

heck, if someone has a 4-5k watts generator, we could even tow the travel trailer. Hang out in it, watch tv, cook on the grill. have a bathroom to use lol We dont have a generator but if someone does, that could be an idea.

Anyone have any ideas?? it could be BYOB and BYOF (beer, food)

Grilling sounds great. I think we ought to try to get a headcount to taligate or we could all bring our own burgers, dogs, and snacks and one person can bring the grill. I'll put the word on TT if not already done. Oh yeah the 11-noon sounds great.

If we all decide to cruise around and go eat somewheres it should be at either hooters down ambassador or even buffalo wild wings. Throw down a Titan party there:thumbsup-big: .Heck maby if its theres enough titans driving around and see everyone maby the locals would stop by and hang out also..I also have a 7k watt and a 5500 watt generator if we need it I can bring them.If we decide to eat there, We could bring a few tables and everyone bring a few drinks and some food to share with everyone so it'll be like some type of feast lol

Like you just said. It is a big parking lot lol so we have plenty of room for everyone.Also if we pick up a few local people that decide to see what were up to seeing all the titans out there .So who else wants to eat at buffalo wild wings or hooters that day.. Then again those places are pretty small if we end up having alot of people show so we may just have to stick with everyone bringing a little something and putting it all on a big table to share with everyone. If this thing is big enough maby someone for the news will see us and stop by and see what were up to.

Yeah, that sounds like a great plan!! The camper has xm radio and has speakers on the outside so we can play the music too. it also has a small canopy and we have a small table, so I am thinking we need to bring tables and chairs for whoever has got them.i will also see what i can come up with. my kids are probably gonna bring their bikes and stuff to keep them entertained. Anybody else has kids? mine are 10, 8, and 10 months old.

looks like all we need now is to try and get more people for now and finish planning once the time gets a little more closer. For the most part is sounds like we know what were gonna be doing. Like the outline is done for everything.

MMMMM crawfish. i could go for that, id chip in to help with the cost. i dont know how to boil crawfish, i dont own a pot. im getting there....i jsut moved here a couple years ago so gimme time....lol

The temp will probalbly in the 50 to 60 dergree range.

the camper thing,i know a lot of campers plug into something around the softball field for Mardi Gras.Dont know how free it is,maybe free as long as you don't get caught,lol.
Its a big parking lot,for the football field, softball field, and cajun dome.

Tht would be pretty cool. We need someone to bring a broiler or something so we can also bring some crawfishies to. I dont mind picking up sack to bring if others wouldnt mind bring a sack also.

We prolly only need 2 or 3 sacks at most. A sack is usually around 30 to 40 pounds. My pot is big enough to take care of that amount. I can bring the seasoning. We're also gonna need some trays or beer flats, papertowels, corn, lemons, sausage, potatoes, and squeeze butter for the potatoes. I know there are alot of different things people boil with it but I just named the basics. If someone wants other things to drop in bring them on. Is there access to a water faucet out at Cajun Feilds?

Theres a decent park somewhat near by but its harder to find than cajun field and its quite smaller of a place for all of us to be. And parking wise for us would be a big thing and cajun field parking lot is hugee

how many generators do we really need out there? ill keep mine home and bring just the canopy and a sack of crawfishies being a few others also have generators to bring.And if no one happens to bring one I live not but 15 min away and could run home and pick it up.
