It looks like Giles may have redeemed themselves by hiring a new service advisor. I recognized this guy as soon as I walked in. His name is Chris Boudreaux He used to be the best parts guy at Lingo international. I knew if I ordered parts from him I would get the right parts. I'm just glad I don't work on big trucks anymore.
He got all the issues I had with my truck fixed including the ones that the previous advisor told me "no problem found". After fixing the brake and front end issues, my new 20s and Michelin tires and a good alignment from a tech that Chris said he trust, I am in love with my truck all over again!
Anyone in the Lafayette area needing service definitely ask for Chris, he can get it done. Even though he has only been there for 6 months.

Glad to hear this,its about time.I went to JP yesterday and got a new radiator cap.Sounds like if i have anything major might make the trip to Giles,hope this guy can work with some of us moded guys on Warranty work,lol.

I don't think they will have a problem with most mods they never said anything about mine. I asked about after market air cleaners when I had my 04 Titan and they told me "well we use them".
Just don't mention anything about Uprev! I'm sure they would try to void your whole power train warranty, and mine too when they would see my Uprev decal.
