Hey m4ck, I was reading through some of the past posts and ran across one that you had responded to in regards to gaming. I also am an avid gamer, since the day of the original Doom. I have played all the Quake games, Doom3, Half Life, Unreal Tournament, Soldier of Fortune and my latest craze Call Of Duty. I play mostly online. Never been in any clans but have been asked to join many. I like to go into the maps and frag the h*** out of the clanners. Put a gun in my hand, I start blasting. Speaking of guns, I also collect and shoot WW2 bolt action rifles. My main focus is on the Mosin Nagants. Namely the Finnish varieties that were captured from the Russians and rearsenaled to tighter specs. The Finns would not let the M39 leave the arsenal ubtil it could shoot a one and a half inch group at 150 meters. These were some of the most accurate bolt action rifles of the time. I also own a couple of SKS just so I am not always working the bolts. Just some ramblings from a fellow gamer and shootist.

Cool man we will have to hook up some nite and frag some fools. I mostly play CounterStrike still and PainKiller. I like Doom III but my computer dont like it too much. Crashes every 15 minutes or so. It is a real drain on the system.
By the way my father in law is a Knife and Gun dealer. Mostly knives. But he goes to shows all over the country and if there is something in particular you are ever looking for he can find anything. He really knows his stuff. You can visit his site but it hasn't been updated lately. The guy that was doing it just kinda stopped and I haven't had a chance to get with him and get new pics and info on his current inventory. You can look though and his email and phone are there if you ever need something specific. www.ronsteppknives.com

for some reason I can't seem to stop playing Battlefield 1942, and the DC mod for it. I've bought plenty of games recently but I seem to always keep going back to BF. I have been thinking about checking out Call of Duty though.

You will enjoy Call of Duty, especially playing online.
M4ck, I do the same as your father-in-law. I retired 8 years ago and have been doing the gun shows ever since (about 34 shows a year). All in Texas - Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Conroe and Port Arthur. Was in Houston last weekend, and going to Austin this weekend. That's one reason I bought my Armada, My Pathfinder just didn't have enough room for all my stuff. The added room and power, not to mention the comfort, in the Armada is just what I needed. But all this driving sure puts a lot of miles on it!
