kind of off topic, did you save any money getting the XE and doing the upgrades yourself. I would be interested in finding out wether it was worth it to do them yourself.

Thats a nice birthday gift, must be at least $200.
I usually get something like socks from Walmart.

I have the XE model, and the upgrades are cheaper. A headache, but cheaper. I am adding power locks to my truck, but it comes with automatic starter. For under $300. I looked up power windows and they are going to run me around $150. So it depends on what you add and the price you get for it. But good for those who like to upgrade. Looking at other vehicles, the upper models have bigger motors, but not with Nissan.

I keep reading mixed answers and I have called 2 dealers and gotten 2 different answers as well. Are the titans pre-wired for the mirror compass kit? I am sure that there is a sensor that needs to be installed for the temperature, and I would think the home link would work with power.

I am not sure about the pre-wiring, but, since this is an after-market unit, it just needed some power.
