Does anyone know of a power programmer that it out for the Titan yet or if any major company is working on one.

Leave your Titan running and in neutral, then have someone tow you for a few hundred miles. Your MPG will soar!

It certainly didnt help gas mileage, no matter how I set it up. It does allow you to troubleshoot Check Engine light problems and it can give you more power.
I get about 16.5 to 17 mpg, whether I'm driving in the city or 80 mph on the highway.
