Hello all,

I was thinking about getting a South Texas meet going. My thoughts were to have it at South Padre Island. I believe some of us who went to the San Antonio meet mentioned the Island as well. Does the middle or late August sound good? Who would be interested in a little bit of sand, sun, sea and barbecue? Heck, maybe some off-roading.

Yeah that sounds good , I'm from Brownsville , I was out there last month.

If I wasnt saving money to drive to florida I would be in. I dont think I can afford both.

I forgot to mention which part of SPI. It's almost the southernmost section. You get to this part of SPI from the city of Port Isabel. So it is not the SPI at Corpus Christi.

These are of a really big gazebo area in Isla Blanca park at SPI. There are picnic tables, souvenir shops, rental shops, snack bar, restrooms and showers.

nope i sold my Titan last month for a 08 Subaru WRX....and i love it!!!!
