: anyone want to sell 17" factory steel wheels with tires got_titan 07-10-2005, 10:11 PM hey guys im kinda wandering if the 17" offroad tires are lighter than the 17" steel wheels with tires. i have the 18" le wheels with goodyears and kinda looking for the lighter 17" wheels if they are indeed lighter. i would be interested in buying or maybe trading. my wheels have about 800 miles on them. ANYHELP will be appreciated TOK 07-12-2005, 09:04 PM I have a set of XE steel wheels with the 17" BF Goodrich tires on them. They had about 1000 miles on them when I tood them off to install a set of SE 18's that I bought. I'm in PA. Wish you weren't so far away, because shipping costs a fortune for wheels/tires. If it'd help you at all, I can weigh one of my XE wheels w/tire.
