Even though I have had my truck for over a year, I still have to admit that Grubbs Nissan was the best dealership I have ever delt with, and we delt with them twice in one day since my girlfriend bought a new Altima coupe from them also.

I found my truck there with the lift, rims, tires already on the car which is what I was looking for. It turned out to be perfect because I wanted the painted front end, cloth seats, and 2wd. I know these are all the cheap options, but leather gets too hot in the summer out here, I like the look of the painted front end, and I wanted 2wd because I dont off road much, and when I do I can find someone to pull me out in I need it.

Well being a 20 year old kid, most dealerships wont give you a second look when you step on their property. I had at least 5 salesmen approach me and ask if I needed help. The salesman that ended up helping me was VERY nice and answered any and all questions that I had with respect and good answers.

I got the truck brand new, 2007 model, with lift, rims, tires, Nismo CAI, and a rhino liner bed liner, with pretty much all the good options(6 disc in dash, important to me). It was listed for $34,595. All the other trucks I looked at with lift already on them wanted at least $40,000+(Chevy and Fords).

Now I did have a little problem with the truck, but they worked it out GREAT! Turned out the truck had minor hail damage from a storm earlier in the year which no one told me about untill we got to the finance department. WELL, no one told us about it, cause our salesman didnt know about it and he never tired to hide it. To be honest, I spent at least 2 or 3 hours looking and test driving the truck and did not notice it either, nor did my father or g/f. I was a little unsure at this point, but they offered to fix all the hail damage and repaint or replace anything that needed it BEFORE we bought or put any money down on the truck, which I thought was great for them to do this. We had no contract or agreement that we would purchase the truck after they fixed it and they knew this.

They fixed the hail damage and I came back and inspected EVERY inch of the truck and found not a sinlge dent or blemish in the paint(i worked in car detailing for over 2 years so I can spot things really easily). They ended agreeing for us to purchase the truck for $29,000 O.T.D. all taxes included after they fixed the dents and replaced the window trim. I thought this was a good deal for a brand new truck, even though it had some minor damage, it was ALL fixed without a single problem in the paint or with the truck.

I also got 5 free oil changes for purchasing the truck which was nice and they have a Aftermarket shop onsite so the lift and everything is under warranty with the truck which was a big plus to me. They were very helpful and friendly to me and made the buying process go very smoothly for not only myself, but also for my g/f who bought an Altima Coupe. They have continued to be helpful with anything I needed and I will return to them for any other things I want to do to the truck.

Overall A very good dealership to work with, great prices, and they have quite a few lifted trucks on site!

PLUS, my truck is on their aftermarket website as a picture for the off road section. Screaming Lizard is what it is called! The stickers on the front are photoshoped on so it doesnt have that on my real truck!

Hey, congrats on the purchase. I bought a new vehicle from Grubbs about 6 years ago, I too was 20-21 yrs old at the time, and experienced great service. They were willing to help me and talk#'s -- I told them what I wanted, they found one on the lot, did a testdrive, then we sat down to talk #'s and I straight out told them I wanted the vehicle for invoice and came in with printed out #'s.. they didn't try to play any of that hardball crap or "i need to check w/ my manager, etc" They had the papers drawn up very quickly and I was out of there very quickly -- great experience, great price.
A few years later, I purchased a vehicle from McKinney Nissan -- Horrible! They wouldnt talk to me, they tried to ask "is your daddy going to come cosign for you," etc...even though I had a letter in my hand from Nissan Finance pre-approving me. Sux they were the only dealer that had what I wanted on the lot -- took a few trips of coming back and leaving, playing hardball, etc.. before I got what I wanted - they wouldn't deal in car price, they kept wanting to negotiate in "how much do you want to pay a month" -- screw that. Come to find out, after going through my contract, they tried to sneak in all kinds of extra BS to rip me off. Avoid McKinney Nissan!

I love Grubb's Nissan. I've been so happy with them that since moving to DFW in 2003, I've purchased a 350Z, a 2004 Titan Crew Cab LE and today went out and traded it in for a 2009 Titan Crew Cab LE - at a price I couldn't believe! As I walked out today to the new truck, the finance guy said "see you next year". ::: laughs ::: I doubt it'll be "next year" but they will definitely see me again.

The service ... unbelievable. The rest of the world could learn a lot from the kind of service that's the standard at Grubb's. Buying a car/truck is great - but if you aren't support by a good service department - forget it. Yep, I'm definitely going to stick with Nissan and Grubbs.
