Hello....My name is David and I have a 05 KC SE. What
6-1/2\" and 6\"x9\" speakers do you recommend to replace the factory?

I replaced both with 6.5" components. You'll need an adapter to put the 6.5s in the 6x9 slot, but in my CC I still needed an adapter to replace the factory 6.5s with aftermarket 6.5s. Its goofy how the factory 6.5s are made.
I installed the Kenwood KFC-P605ie 6-1/2" Component System.

Go to a car audio store and test out their speakers. It's pretty much, which ever sounds better for you.

6x9's I would go with a 3-way speaker
6.5's I would go with a 2-way speaker
Or just get component speakers

Can anyone tell me what color wires or neg and pos on the front door speakers? I don't want to pull the door apart to install "bass blockers". Thanks guys :) I know that the speaker wires are twisted, but the color scheme is... interesting to say the least.

Also, Danielr192... did u buy an adapter for putting 6.5s in the front or did u make it? If you had a template for that or something, i'd be eternaly grateful :)

I am interested to know as well. I am considering switching everything to RF because while the sound on the non rf 6 disc stereo is good, when it comes to rich bass, it falls short. I don't need to be heard for miles or anything like that, but I want a rich deep sound. If I can do this without switching to RF, then even better. Let me know how the speakers sound and what mods you had to do to retrofit the speakers. Thanks.

I got the speaker adapters from crutchfield. However, if you have the tools you could probably trace the factory speaker and cut an adapter out of MDF. I know some have done this when their replacement speakers are too deep for the doors.
As to the wiring colors, I have an 05 SE CC, but maybe the wiring colors are the same. According to the Crutchfield install tech the colors for the front are:

Left Front+ Blue/White
- Blue Red
Right Front+ Black/White
- Black/Blue

Sorry, I don't have the rear speaker info. Maybe someone else can provide that.

I just got a set of 6.5 & 6x9 infiniti kappa's yesterday. Crutchfield recommended these sizes. Does anyone have install info? I'm mainly concerned with getting the doors apart without tearing them up, I can be a bull when it comes to plastic.

did you order them from crutchfield. If so then you should have gotten the mastersheets for your truck with the speakers. If not i'll look and see if i can get the instructions for you. Taking doors apart isn't too difficult but i've never done so on a titan.

ok guys the best way is to use the old speakers as mounting brackets get a roto zip tool at home depot take the speakers out take the roto zip start cutting around the foam on the stock speaker cut the old speaker out and install the new ones where you cut the old one out very easy since the stock speaker is like a plastic
