: cd player problem "press eject" error redbean 07-14-2005, 11:27 AM Hi I'm new on this club, I got a 2005 red brawn crew cab, 6 disk cd player wich is with problems already, I insert the disk and it tries to read the disk but after 3 attemps it read press eject and it goes to the radio, HAS ANYBODY HAD THIS PROBLEM OR AM I THE FIRST ONE, thanks in advance for the help Redright9 07-14-2005, 11:37 AM Take it to the dealer...They will have to order one, so, unfortunatly two trips will have to be made..Take it in, they will get the numbers they need off the old unit, order the new (reman.) unit, when it comes in call you, install it..Any cd's stuck in it will be mailed back to you or the dealer...Kind of a bum deal though.. Rossi 07-14-2005, 11:57 AM what condition if your cd in??? It's not a MP3 is it?? It's not a burned CD is it??? If it's any of the above try a approved CD and see if it works. Mine is a little picky on some of the CD's I burn...and it's not a MP3 player. Yeah, I'm going to take it to the dealer, I know I didn't messed it up with a cheap or burnt cd, I do have a JL Stealthbox with a 500W amp. but I don't think this has to do anything with this problem.
