Plus my brother-n-law, sister-n-law and their four kids live in Dickinson so their coming to our house today to ride it out with us. Everyone stay safe. Everyone out there in Southern TX stay safe. I will be thinking about everyone and praying that everyone makes it through safely. I am from San Antonio, TX (18 yrs), and have family all over South Texas, Everyone be careful and take all the precautions necessary, especially if you are going to ride it out. house is there (Found sat photos) not a bush out of place but a guy told me it looks like we had about 3 ft of water in it. the truck is ok and we have really not been that inconvenienced but for a day without power or water in the hotel where we are staying. I made sure we had water in the tub for flushing, when that ran out we hauled pool water. tethering my laptop on the cell phone for Internet. wont know what we lost till we get in there but i have been back to work since Monday.
Will give a full story later.

Some of us are still alive. No damage to the house or vehicles or persons, just no power. I'm sitting in a wal-mart parking lot right now working on the laptop. About to check the web and see if I can find some news on the Galveston area. Haven't had any news updates in the past few days so I need to get updated. Just thought I would check in with my brothers here. Hope everyone here in the Houston area made it out ok.
