My Titan sits outside all the time, I have some mold or mildew accumulating on the rubber trim under the windows? Anybody know how to remove this?

DO NOT USE BLEACH, that is the first tip, the thing I would get is an algaecide from a pool supply firm, usually very safe for rubber components yet effective. You may have to apply it a few times. I used it on vinyl siding in Florida for years and it didn't hurt that nor stain or discolor or ruin the material.

I thought it was just the material deteriorating. Interested to hear what else is suggested about this.

Toothbrush. find an old one and keep on scrubbing. bed caps, door seals, moulding around the mirrors, it's everywhere. the hardest place it the rear cab window, mold and gunk starts to grow around it and it looks bad. but yeah, i just use soap and water, scrub her down and rinse. repeat every time i wash the truck.

You know, I have issues on other vehicles I detail that have a brown mildew on them. I have used Griots Rubber Prep. its a clear liquid that strips the rubber before you apply the dressing. do this and then apply a good product with no silicon to it. remember the bath caulk??? it gets mildew on it. it attracts mold. I would assume this is the same case with using silicon products. Use a formula 2001 UV protectant.
