I recently installed the Fabtech 6" suspension lift with PRG's Fox coilovers and Deaver springpack upgrade.

I took quite a few pics and made a little tutorial with the install directions. I also scanned the original Fabtech directions.

That looks really awesome! What size tires are those? Still 285s?

Yes, those are 285/70/17's.

I'll at least go with 35's when my current ones get a bit more worn, but I'll probably end up putting on a set of Glassworks Unlimited fenders and going with 37's.

I saw your website and your truck is AWESOME! I read a bunch of posts you had on another forum and was wondering 2 things:

1. How badly did the wheels rub before modifaction to the fender? Do you think 36s would fit?

2. Do you remeber why you didnt like the CST lift? I am debating getting their 8" for my 2WD.

I've never had a wheel rub the fender well. I had a little tire rub on one side only with 6" of lift and 37's on 17x10" wheels at full steering lock and full suspension bump. That little bit of rubbing was after I'd modified the fenders though, and I have no rubbing at all with 8" of lift.

There is absolutely no way to fit 37's on with a 6" or 8" lift without a little fender trimming.
