Currently sitting in the customer lounge at Hamilton Nissan in Hagerstown Md. These guys are awsome. My service advisor Michael Bean has been nothing but helpful and is always keeping me up to date. I took my truck in for an oil change, rotation, and to get my wheel seals looked at. He promptly updated me on my seals and said that they would be replaced under warranty. He then offered to put me in a loaner for a job that takes 1.5 hours. He also said that my front pinion seal is leaking. Taken care of again. I then asked him to inspect the front rotors due to a vibration and the front wheel bearings. Both were done free of charge. He informed me of the condition of my fluids and gave me prices on changing them. At no time was Michael rude, make me feel like I had to do something, or impolite. This dealership has a program that is entitled "Dealership for life" well I will be calling them my nissan dealer for life. If you live in the area and need great service check them out.

I think he may have mistaken my response as a direct insult, just mis communication.

Actually I misread the post and feel I have jumped the gun. I was thinking it was crutter defending calling another member a ..........! My mistake. Crutter will be reinstated, and aplogized to however I ask all to obide by our rules and even review them, we have a good thing going, and I don't want to see it slip into what I see on other forums.

See if you find this funny? I received a call from customer service at Hagerstown Nissan the other day and did it make me mad. My Titan had been in for a service and I received a complimentry call which went something like this. "Good afternoon Mr G I am just calling to find out if your service to your vehicle was to your satisfaction and if there is anything you're not happy with, please feel free to let us know with any questions you might have". Let me add that during this call which was a one to one and not a recording I tried to explain that yes I had a problem with a leaking radiator cap but the young woman just steamed on without listening to me at all and ended the call. I was completely taken aback. She didn't listen to me at all, not like when the call was received, she said is that Mr G to which I replied yes and "I understand your vehicle was in for service today"; then off she went. I have yet to get back to the dealer to find out why a vehicle came in for a service and no one picked up on the spattered radiator with antifreeze. Not a happy camper, its the detail they lack, and it has taken 3 years for someone to finally explain why the tyre warning light goes on moreso how the sytems works and what the light is telling us. I had exceptional service before I handed over my $37K after which it dwindled, to satisfactory.

I dealt with Hamilton a few months ago when I was trying to buy a new Titan. The back-and-forth was very collegial, but I decided not to buy from them. Trouble was, they wouldn't leave me alone after I told them I went elsewhere. No phone calls, but the broadcast emails, and even a few direct ones, just kept coming and coming and coming.......... It got pretty annoying.

Just my 2 cents to the conversation.

I used Hamilton before and had terrible luck with them. I tok my 2004 in once for a TSB repair- leaky AC drain plug. I even gave them a copy of the TSB. They didn't fix that, they replaced the door weather stripping.
Another time, I stood and watched the tech change my oil in my truck. When it came time to lower it, he left the oil catch pan too close to the truck, and actually scratched it. He also had greasy hands an got my ineterior dirty. They refused to fix the scratch and used a dry paper towel to clean up/off the oil.
They have been trying to improve their service and sales, but they're still having issues.

It's good to hear you had good service with them, but be forwarned, it probably won't be consistently good.
