I have an 05 le no tow or off road I noticed when going over mild bumps the truck handles them smooth but over bumps or ripple in the road that are a little more moderate the truck seems to shake and shutter the pass seat shakes like crazy.
I feel like the truck is going to break apart It will only be a matter of time before this thing is a rattle box.
is it due to the softer shocks on the le?
I am willing to sacrafice the smoother ride for the tighter firmer response from a another type of shock or adjustable shock.
if anyone has any suggestions on shocks please spill the beans :D
I really like just about every other aspect of the truck but this part of it is really buging me :(
thanks, bob

I hope Bilstein makes shocks for the Titan. I have
used them on all the trucks I have owned & would
like to put them on my Titan.

I'm pretty sure Bilstein makes shocks for Titans. Somebody around here posted an install... cant remember who it was.
If your getting a rattle like that over moderate bumps I would definately take it to the dealer.
I installed the JT leaf spring helpers this past weekend. That definately firmed up the ride. However, I wasnt getting annoying rattles over moderate bumps.
I have noticed that my passenger side seat seams to be out of whack when you adjust the back support. Almost feels like its going to fall off when you lean back(I'm not the only one that has reported this either). Noticed it when the wife drove some on a long trip.
I'm letting these little issues pile up before I take the truck to the dealer for repairs.

Im not getting a rattle but the truck seems to shake and shimmy over the bigger bumps and I did bring it back to the dealer they said its a truck even had the nissan rep drive he said it was normal we drove another le and the seat shakes crazy in that one too!
I think the shock or springs are to to soft.
I already have the leaf spring helpers it helps a little but I think the shocks need to go :?
I thought about puttin wieght in the back but that will slow me down too!
anyone have a link to the bilstens or where to get them?
thanks, bob

I think PRG has custom Bilsteins, but I don't think
Bilstein as of now has regular production shocks for
the Titan. Monroe has their Reflex shocks for the
Titan. A couple of guys at Titan Talk tried them &
say they are better than stock. I don't think they
are as good as Bilstein & that is why I am going to
wait longer to see what Bilstein does.

PRG sells the Bilsteins! He modifies the ends to make them fit the Titan since Bilsteins does not sell them for the Titan off the shelf. You can buy them through his online store. You can click on the banner on my PRG Bilstein/Leaf pack install page: http://www.tscomputerservices.com/titan/PRGround2.html
The Bilsteins are soo much better than the factory Ranchos.

Are PRG/Bilsteins available for the front & rear or
just the rear?
