I've always liked to use tire dressing when detailing my vehicles, but is there a better way?
I've used various commercial spray on stuff, and it all works pretty well. I usually spray it on and let it dry. The downside is that the tires with "throw" black gunk in the following days.
This time, I sprayed and then wiped the tires down. We'll see if it works.
Any suggestions? I think I even read in the owners manual that Nissan does not reccomend tire dressings?

where can i find 303 at bixll?I buy mine by the gallon, as with the truck and 3 cars I use a lot of it. I use it on the interior, and also all exterior rubber. The best price I have found is from our former sponsor, www.topoftheline.com If you go there, they also have profesional detailers tire dressing products, but I find the 303 does a great job and can be used on more then just tires.

I still like my Armor All
I've been haveing good luck with Black Majic Titanium Tire spray, it lasts for several weeks and doesn't fling all over the truck, and its not a gel so it doesn' attract dirt and dust.

I use the Dupont Tire Shine with Teflon, it leaves a nice matte black finish and doesn't sling....
Lasts for a good while too!!!

The best stuff I have used is meguires high gloss gel. I use it on my hard plastic bed cover also and it is still on there after rains and sun for a month. drawback is that it runs onto my paint, but is the only thing I have used that works to protect that black plastic parts and stays on. I use this on the black plastic parts by the window wipers, the mirrors, mud guards.
It stays on tires because its really thick.
