Just letting you guys know if you live in the Binghamton, NY area not to buy from this dealership. First of all this is not to do with my titan but my Infiniti G35 that I purchased in March

-Upon initial inspection the car was fine no visible issues. I asked the dealership if the car was in excellent condition which the price tag dictated and the said yes and proceeded to give me the mumbo jumbo (We send all are cars througha rigerous 150 pt inspection). So all was well and I ended up getting the car for 17K which was full price excellent condition.

- Fast forward to last month. I go to trade in the car at another dealership to get a titan and they come back with a trade in value of 7K. I about sh*% my pants. I was pissed to say the least when the guy told me that it had been in a serious head on car accident in feb 2007 in Kentucky.

- I took the car back to serafini to discuss the problem and see if they would make it right, seeing that the car depreciated 10k in 8mths. They said that there was nothing they could do, i gave them three options to make it better but all in all i was over charged for the car, lied to and treated horribly by the top ranked nissan dealer in NY.

- My advice would be to stay away from these crooks, I ended up having to go to another dealership to get my titan 06 4x4 xe w/ 32k for only 10 grand.

Im currently in contact with my lawyer to get back my money that I had to roll over into my new truck and now have a rediculously upside down loan....


had to vent and I had no coors light cans so you guys feel the rath sorry...hahah

jsut stay clear of these crooks

Not to sound harsh here, but you bought a used car. Buyer beware ALWAYS. I've only bought two used cars and I had both of them checked over by an independent mechanic before buying or before the "I changed my mind" period was over. Recommend the same to anyone buying used.

yeah i know....I should have had a mechanic look it over but I assumed that the #1 seller of nissans in the state would be respectable enough to be straight with their coustomers....but you know what they say

Assume make an a#$ out of you and me.....

lesson learned ....

Even if the car had been wrecked, the trade-in dealer knows they can sell it for more than that if it's been repaired correctly. If it wasn't repaired right, you would notice. It's a shame that they are treating it as if it's a salvage title or something.
