Does anyone know of any problems when wiring an aftermarket CD Player with the wiring harness. I was told by an audio store they did an install on a Titan and they had to have the Titan sent to a dealer to reset the airbags because of the wiring. Has anyone heard of or experienced any of these problems? I would appreciate any help. Thanks!!

Never heard of that. Using a harness that is made for your titan is pretty much fool proof.
They probably did something stupid and didn't know what they were doing.
Unplug the neg. from your battery first. After you do all of your wiring then plug the the stereo harness back into the stereo.

I've never heard of anything like that either, ive installed all of my own stereos and to my knowledge most air bags are wired separately from any of the speaker wires or power wires that you use when installing a cd player. The only vehicles I have heard of any of those air bag problems was on the new chevy vehicles like my Chevy Colorado had some issues but I haven't heard anything on the Titan yet. I appreciate the help though.
This happens a lot when someone removes the trim around the radio. Many people unplug the wiring from the trim. This includes the wiring to the passenger air bag light. This causes the air bag light to flash when things are reinstalled. The fix is easy, no need to go to a dealer. Look here:

Alright I havent installed my stereo yet but I figured that's where the Audio store went wrong. They probably unplugged that harness where the light is for the passenger airbag. But i'll keep that in mind when installing in case I have any issues. Thanks for all the help.
